Early Voter Ballot Request Forms

Make your voice heard and Repeal LB1402’s voucher scheme once and for all!

There are two ways to vote early:  in-person or by mail. Voting early is a great idea – you’ll be able to avoid lines or traffic on Election Day, and it’s one more thing to check off the to-do list!

Voting early in-person:

  1. From October 7th to November 4th, you can vote in-person at your county’s Election Commission office. Find the location of your Election Commission office here.
  2. Remember to bring a valid form of ID and check the hours of your local Election Commission office!

Voting early by mail:

  1. First, print an Early Voting Form from the Secretary of State’s website.
  2. Then, after you complete the form, you have two options:

  1. Once approved, your early voting ballot will be mailed to your address. Please complete it and send it back – by U.S. Mail, or in the county drop box, or deliver it in person – in time for it to arrive by the close of polls on Election Day, Nov. 5.

Please remember to write your driver’s license or state ID number on the application or attach an acceptable form of photo ID.

The last day for your county election office to receive your Early Voting Form is 6 p.m. on October 25. That’s in just a few weeks, so don’t wait until it’s too late!
