NSEA is a member-led organization of nearly 28,000 educators and education support professionals across the state. Our mission is to advocate for all education professionals, empowering them to provide an excellent public education for every student.
The Association works to support you through professional growth opportunities and with contract bargaining expertise to improve your financial security and working conditions - as well as the learning conditions of the students you teach and support.
We work for quality education at all levels. We advocate for adequate funding for public education so that you have the tools needed to support all of your students.
