Recommended Candidates - 2022 General Election
Bipartisan committees of NSEA members recommend pro-education candidates based on interviews, candidate questionnaires and voting records. Recommendations are based solely on issues affecting children, public schools and school employees. Committee members ask about a candidate’s stance on key issues such as class size, resources for students and teachers, safety in our schools, employee rights and responsibilities and school funding. NSEA recommended candidates are strong advocates for children and public education. They understand the importance of supporting educators so they can provide every student with the support, tools and the time necessary to learn.
Below is a list of candidates recommended by these bipartisan member committees. We will update the recommended candidate list as more member committees complete the process and report their results.
